Mr. Beebe has spent his legal career in the practice of law related to personal and business financial matters primarily centered on the United States Bankruptcy Code and other restructuring procedures. He was a Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General for 17 years addressing bankruptcy related collection issues for various Ohio agencies. Mr. Beebe is admitted to practice the Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky. Mr. Beebe has represented Debtors, Creditors and Trustees in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 proceedings during his 40 years in practice. Mr. Beebe has practice in Toledo as Raymond L. Beebe Co., LPA and is a former partner in the firm of Hatcher, Diller, Rice and Beebe, LPA.
Raymond Beebe is a graduate of St. Johns Jesuit High School in Toledo, Ohio. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Toledo in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980.
Mr. Beebe is a current member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the Toledo Bar Association. He has previously been certified by the American Board of Certification in Consumer Bankruptcy Law and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). He has been a speaker on bankruptcy and consumer matters before the National Business institute and the Toledo Bar Association.
